Cool Vent Chin Strap

On November 13, 2007, and in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Nike decided to voluntarily recall the Nike Cool-Vent Chin Strap. Nike has become aware of incidents where the plastic chin cup has broken at the point where the strap is attached, exposing players to facial or head injuries.
